I am so sorry for your loss
Losing a loved one is a difficult and emotional time that can be somewhat overwhelming; so I do hope that I can steer you through the process.
Below you will find my casket designs, other floral tributes, thanksgiving 'wake' reception, sympathy & memorial flowers. All designs are eco friendly & recyclable with some pieces; fully 'compostable.' I use eco-bio trays, agra wool and or moss mechanics.
Together we can create a meaningful way to honour your loved one's memory by using pretty flowers grown right here in my garden allotment during the growing season. When necessary my designs are supplemented further with locally sourced Dorset flowers from my fellow flower farmers or at the very least, with 'British grown' flowers from trusted wholesalers. You can be sure that your tribute will be good for the environment too
I find it a huge honour to be invited to provide flowers to celebrate your special loved one, a trust that I don't take lightly. I want to make sure that I get it just right. Lets create a floral tribute that truly reflects your loved one’s character, their favourite flowers, colours, & scents

THE PROCESS

ENQUIRE
Once you have perused the gallery above, please do not hesitate to contact me to make an enquiry and I will get back to you with any further information required
Enquire or order at least 1 week prior to the funeral
An order form with your details will be emailed to you

CONFIRM
Ensure you check your order details and let me know asap if I need to make any changes. Confirmation of your order must be given 48 hours prior to the service to allow me enough time to cut (or source) the flowers & make sure they are properly conditioned so that they can be in full bloom ready for the service

PAYMENT
Once your order has been confirmed I will email through an invoice with my BACS details. Payment must be made prior to the date of the service
IV
UNDERTAKERS
If you have not already done so, I will call the undertakers on your behalf to confirm the date and time that the delivery of the casket tributes must be delivered. Some undertakers prefer the day before, whilst others have no 'cooler' storage capacity; and prefer the flowers to be delivered prior to the hearse departing on the day of the service

DELIVERY
The casket tribute(s) and any other tributes which will accompany the hearse on your loved ones final journey will be delivered to the undertakers as requested

COLLECTION
Any other flower tributes that are not to 'accompany' the hearse, including church service flowers, and wake reception flowers should be collected directly from Lopmint & Purdy the day prior to the service. On request and subject to availability, local delivery can be made for a charge if you prefer
RETURNS
For any 'service' flowers that have used urns or vases, these should be returned to Lopmint & Purdy within two weeks of the service to ensure that your deposit can be refunded
