DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

I personally hand-deliver all bouquets from my studio in East Morden, Dorset, every Friday afternoon within my local delivery area.

 

Deliveries are available across many parts of Dorset, covering postcodes from BH20 through to BH12, including (but not limited to):​ Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Lilliput, Poole, Studland, Wareham, Bere Regis & Swanage

 

If you're unsure whether I deliver to your area, simply complete the Order Flowers enquiry form. I'll confirm whether delivery is available when I get in touch to finalise your order.

 

 

 

FRIDAY FLOWER DELIVERIES

• Delivery day: Fridays

• Order deadline: 10.00am every Thursday

• Minimum order value: £45 (excluding delivery)

For event flowers and farewell flowers, delivery arrangements and charges will be discussed as part of your personalised quotation.

 

 

 

PAYMENT FOR ORDERS WITH DELIVERY

Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive a secure payment link. Payment must be received and cleared before your flowers are delivered​

DELIVERY TIMES

​

As each Friday delivery route is carefully planned around that week's orders, I'm unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.

 

Please allow delivery between 2.00pm and 5.00pm, although deliveries are often completed earlier in the day. If you have a particular request, I'll always do my very best to accommodate it where possible.

IF NOBODY IS HOME

​

Please include any helpful delivery instructions when placing your order, such as a safe place to leave the flowers if the recipient is out.

 

If no one is available to accept the delivery, I will:

​

• Leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered location wherever possible and take a photograph showing where they have been left.

• If this isn't possible, I will try your neighbour where applicable.

• If necessary, I may contact you or the recipient using the telephone number provided.

​

A delivery card will be posted through the letterbox explaining where the flowers have been left.

 

Only as a last resort will I return the flowers to my studio. Collection can then be arranged, or I can redeliver them once an additional delivery charge has been paid.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY

​

During particularly busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas, there may occasionally be Fridays when bouquet deliveries are unavailable.

 

Any planned non-delivery dates will be published on my website and social media and will always be confirmed with you before your order is accepted.

NATIONAL DELIVERY

​

Lopmint & Purdy is a local Dorset florist and does not offer nationwide UK flower delivery.

 

The only exception is Gift Vouchers, which are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. Postage is £1.00 and can be selected at checkout.

Please ensure that all delivery information, addresses and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for failed or delayed deliveries where incorrect information has been supplied.

STUDIO COLLECTION

​

If you choose Studio Collection when placing your order, full collection, including location details of the studio in East Morden, Dorset, will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

 

To ensure your flowers are freshly picked and beautifully arranged, orders for collection must be placed by 10.00am on the day before your chosen collection day.

 

When placing your order, please let me know which collection day you intend to visit and an approximate collection time. As I split my time between growing, harvesting and arranging flowers, this helps me ensure I'm working in the studio and ready to welcome you when you arrive.

COLLECTION TIMES

​

• Tuesday: 4.00pm – 6.00pm

• Wednesday: 4.00pm – 6.00pm

• Thursday: 4.00pm – 5.00pm

• Saturday: 10.30am – 12.00pm

 

If you're unable to collect during these times, please don't worry. As a small independent florist, I'll always do my best to be as flexible as possible where I can, so please just get in touch and I'll see what I can arrange.

PAYMENT FOR ORDERS BEING COLLECTED

 

Both cash and all major debit and credit cards are accepted and payment will be taken at collection. Payment must be made in full before you will be able to take your flowers with you.
