Funeral Service Flowers
Pedestal or Window Sill Arrangements for
FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR
FAREWELL SERVICES

In addition to farewell tribute flowers, I also create seasonal floral arrangements for funeral and thanksgiving services across Dorset and the South Coast. These arrangements can help bring a gentle sense of beauty to the service setting, whether held in a church, chapel, crematorium or private venue.

Possible designs include pedestal urn arrangements, natural meadow boxes and windowsill flowers, all created in my signature garden-inspired style using locally grown and seasonal blooms wherever possible.
As part of my continued commitment to sustainable floristry, I do not use floral foam. Instead, arrangements are created using traditional techniques such as chicken wire structures within reusable vessels.
Where urns or vases are required, these are available on loan, with a small £10 refundable deposit per vessel. Deposits are fully returned once the vessels are safely returned, ideally within two weeks following the service.
If you would like to discuss funeral service flowers, please feel welcome to get in touch to explore the most suitable options for your service.

Seasonal Designs &
COLOUR PALETTES
Casket Flower Designs include one or two focal flowers, at least one line flower, two to three small-to-medium mass flowers, and one or two filler or highlighter varieties, creating a full yet natural tribute.
I will guide you on which flowers are in season and help you choose varieties that create an abundant, loose, and natural arrangement.
You’re welcome to request a colour palette, such as: Whites and greens, Pinks and pastels, Pale yellows and apricots, Lilacs and blues
At The Lopmint, I grow many different shades of each bloom to offer as much variety as possible. However, as all flowers are seasonal, colour availability depends on what is in bloom at the time.
If your preferred palette isn’t available for your date, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you may choose Florist’s Choice, featuring a beautiful blend of the best seasonal flowers available, arranged in a natural mix of colours.
