GENERAL INFORMATION
The placing of an order constitutes an agreement by you the customer to purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Lopmint & Purdy shall not be liable for any loss of profits, inconvenience, consequential or indirect loss or damage or have any liability to pay compensation other than any refund outlined elsewhere in these conditions.
Our terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is deemed invalid or unenforceable the validity and enforceability of all other parts shall not be affected. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Your contract will be with the solo trader, Claire Abrahams, acting under the name of Lopmint & Purdy, based in East Morden, Dorset BH20 7DL
OUR PRODUCTS

If any Flower or product becomes unavailable or is out of season we will substitute where appropriate with a similar variety to avoid disappointment. Customers must contact us regarding any goods received which are unsatisfactory within 24 hours from collection or delivery & must arrange for the return of goods accompanied with images for a replacement or refund. Please read Fresh flowers care guide for further terms on replacements
We endeavour to make our descriptions and pictures as accurate as possible, however please note that these are only as a likeness for illustration purposes and due certain limitations such as lighting some colours may vary
Lopmint & Purdy cannot guarantee the accuracy of information, specifications and pricing in any of its published material or any representations or misrepresentations made by company personnel or its agents. Changes in prices are subject to change
All bulbs, flowers and plants featured conform to UK regulations
Lopmint & Purdy cannot be held responsible for extraneous variables such as weather or soil conditions faced by our products once they have left our care
PAYMENT & PRICING

For orders placed online, payments as a deposit or in full will be charged at the time of ordering. When paying by credit or debit card on postal and telephone orders your account will be debited prior to dispatch rather than at point of ordering.
For workshops, farewell & event flowers, payments as a deposit will be charged at point of confirmation contract, and the remaining outstanding amount will be debited prior to dispatch

We accept the following methods of payment: offline Credit/Debit Card via SumUp card reader or Cash sterling & online via BACS transfers
We will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery if payment has not been made prior to dispatch
When appropriate, prices will include VAT
We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary and without notice
Where a refund is appropriate it will only be made payable to the purchaser of the goods

GIFT VOUCHERS
​
We are unable to accept Gift Vouchers online, however we will offer online discounts to customers using their vouchers over the phone or who email us at claire@lopmintandpurdy.com
Vouchers are personal to each individual and any inappropriate use is fraud
Gift vouchers are valid from one year from the date of issue and are become void once this date has passed

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
​
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after receipt. Please note that this does not extend to living or perishable products (where products have been dispatched)

An order may be cancelled in writing; by telephone or e-mail within seven working days after receipt, providing the order has not already been dispatched to the customer or the product is perishable
​
Any goods received, which are found to be unsatisfactory, must be reported within one day of receipt & images of the aforementioned unsatisfactory goods must be emailed to claire@lopmintandpurdy.com for a free replacement in the first instance. Fresh flower replacements will be sent at our discretion
​
Where nonperishable goods are to be returned you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost
​
We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service at cost
​
We reserve the right to cancel any order

DISPATCH INFORMATION, POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Orders will either be hand delivered locally for an additional delivery fee or may be collected from our premises, subject to prior arrangement. Collection and delivery days and times are subject to change
Delivery is charged differently depending on the product & delivery address.
Delivery charges are subject to change
Lopmint & Purdy cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods where the delivery address given is incorrect, the addressee has moved away or is absent, or the addressee has failed to collect or rearrange the delivery of goods
Where instructions for goods to be left are given, this is done so at the customer/addressee's own risk

By entering any personal information on our website you affirm that it is genuine, accurate and current in all respects. You will need to notify us of changes to your personal information by contacting us as soon as possible.

All personal information we collect is treated as confidential. On using this website you may be required to enter some personal details such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information.

We do not share any information gathered with external companies
We understand the need to make your order and payment details secure, however we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if an external party accesses the data you provide when using our website
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our SumUp shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using encryption. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site
At times we may use statistical information gained from your visit to help us improve our service and products however, this will of course always remain confidential. We may also use this information to contact you regarding your order and future offers but we will not pass your details on to a third party
